I received a few rolls of presidential dollar coins, for a gift, a while back. I was looking at one and it appears to have a wire inside the case, with the dollar coins. The case is sealed shut with a world reserve sticker on it. What is it? It is a roll of twelve George Washington coins. Why is there wire in my clear, uncirculated roll of washington dollars?
I would think that it would indicate that the roll is ';uncirculated';. If the wire had been disturbed, it would be ';circulated';.
