Can PVC clear rolls / sheets be acid free? If yes, then how to differentiate?

I believe PVC will absorb moisture and damage paper, what is the other materials that can preserve paper quantity which is similar to ePET like Mylar?Can PVC clear rolls / sheets be acid free? If yes, then how to differentiate?

I think the polyesters are your best bet. PVC does absorb a trace of water as shown in the first link below.





Another possibility is an acrylate. These are typically very clear, and can be used in aquariums, so there may actually be documentation concerning its acid/contaminant content.Can PVC clear rolls / sheets be acid free? If yes, then how to differentiate?
