I bought a clear plastic 9x12x1 box frame and I want to paint it black. What is the best way to get a flat finish?I have a clear box and want it painted black. Rolling stones pun intended?
Tools needed:
180 grit sandpaper
1 can black matt/flat finish spray paint.
plastic sheet or news paper to catch the over spray
something to place the box in order to lift it up.
Sand the box all over in order for the paint to stick. Give it a good clean with a damp cloth. Spray 5 sides of the box and leave it overnight then turn it over and spray the side you missed. The next day repeat the whole process.
